Am I overly sensitive, or are individuals leaving messages (some
apologies for e-mail errors) and being jumped on for little things? 
I know I appreciate hearing of my e-mail crimes privately.  We have
all these etiquette rules for our dancing but seem (sometimes) to
thrive on banter with the apparent goal of bringing each other down
a notch.  It can be hard to read when someone seems to think it
necessary to bring someone up short -- with or without a smiley face.
