"for all"

When I wrote the public note of thanks "for all" to Anselm a few days ago,
the "for all" was meant to indicate "for all to read." It occurred to me
subsequently that the ambiguous "for all" could also be taken as "speaking for all."
I would never be so presumptuous as to speak for anyone but me, but from the
several seconds to the content of the message, it's fairly apparent that
"speaking for all" in this case is a safe, even if unintended, assumption.
Thanks again, Anselm.
