Many thanks to Marie and Malcolm for the super-prompt answers to my 
query on this CD.

However, as a result of this, who out there has the book of dances (I am 
assuming "The Third Kirkbrae Collection" by Evelyn Ramwell) and is 
willing to tell me about these?
