Dancers and non-dancers are invited to a

                    Brunch and Dance
the following day, Sunday, January 10, 1999
at the Fermilab Barn in Batavia, IL.

Potluck Brunch begins at 11 a.m.
              Dancing will begin at noon.
We will be building the brunch program from participants'
requests. To have your request considered,
1) mail it with your Ball registration
2) e-mail it, any time until Jan. 8 ,to xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx
3) bring it with you to the Ball and talk to Mady Newfield
or Doug Jensen
Early requests for the program are encouraged!

The brunch program will be danced to a combination of
Recordings and (we hope) live music. We would be happy to
receive requests from musicians who would like to play for
a generic type of dance (jig, reel, strathspey) or a
particular dance or dances. For musicians, advance notice
of requests would be particularly useful.

If your request is not a well-known or easily findable dance,
please send (or e-mail) a copy of the instructions.
If you have particular music you wish to dance it to,
please bring a tape or CD along to the dance.

A partial program, with crib sheets,is expected to be
available at the Ball, along with directions to the
location of the Brunch dance.

Hospitality for the weekend will be handled by
Melissa Whitson. Please direct questions to her at
708-784-9011 or e-mail xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx

For other Ball and Brunch dance questions,
please contact Mady Newfield at 630-584-0825
or e-mail xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx
