Many thanks to all those who have responded about "Whistling Rufus".
I do remember the Shand rendering on 78, but I no longer have the record. David
South seems to have come up with a lot of information.  I already have in my
head the music for the first 32 bars but I believe there may be more parts to
it. I expect the Shand version is available on a compilation tape or CD. Any
suggestions?
