I can confirm that it was never formally published

I know Andrea is not averse to the occasional whirl!

I have replied to both Iain and Andrea with a scan of the original
instructions which were given out at the club in Beckenham by the
devisors 45-50 years ago. Well, it seems that long!
The copy was rolled off on a blue-inked copier and is rather faint in
black & white but the colour version takes a while on my non-
broadband connection!.
The amazing thing is that after repeatedly looking for the
scrap of paper for years my wife came upon it only last week among
some bits she was about to throw away!
If anyone is interested in a blurry black and white Adobe copy
I can oblige.
Incidentally it is so early in the dances history that it is given
as a 3c/48bar/Reel or Jig !!
Happy Dancing :)
