The Portland Branch will be holding our 27th Annual Workshop and Ball on 
Saturday, March 12, 2006.

Guest Teachers are: Sarah Harriman, Austin TX
                               Mareen Lyon, Surrey BC

Musicians:   Linda Danielson, Eugene OR - fiddle
                   Lisa Scott, Portland OR - piano
                   Kevin McCornack, Eugene OR - multiple instruments

Schedule: Registration 9:30 - 10:00 AM
                Classes      10:00 - 12:00
                Lunch:        12:15 - 1:15
                Classes:      1:15 - 2:45
                Combned:   3:00 - 4:00

Ball begins with the Grand March at 7:30 PM

Class Levels are Level 1: The less experienced dancer
                         Level 2: More experienced dancers

	Now then, is this workshop anything to do with the Ball.  Is it a 
Ball Practise or Ball Class?  Maybe it is an experimental workshop?? :))

It's our major yearly function. We combine the two for convienience. The 
worshop is for learning new dances and practicing technique with 
teachers and musicians that are not available to us on a regular basis. 
The Ball is just that. We also incrporate at least the Teacher's Choices 
into monthly programs following the workshop.
