Anja,

I will leave the Dunedin dance to the members on the list but for the 
Seagull, the Manual offers:

This is a poussette in four bars, as described in Chapter 6

That gives:

6.19.4	Poussette in four bars

This formation is danced within the set.  At each turn the man pulls with 
his right hand.
Steps 	4 setting steps
No of bars 	4

Bars

1 Both couples dance away from the middle, 1st couple towards the man’s 
side,
  2nd couple towards the woman’s side and dance a quarter turn.
2 All progress and dance a quarter turn, moving into the middle.
3 All dance a half turn.
4 All dance backwards to own side line, having changed places.
