Surfaces was Scottish Country Dancing VS Scottish Folk Dancing

ROTFLOL! Reminds me of when I was in the USMC Band and we played the Cotton
Bowl Parade back in 1978. The parade being in Dallas, Texas has lots of
horses. The parade went well until we turned onto the street where the
bleachers and grandstand was located. FYI they run street sweepers up and
down the street to clean up after the myriad of horses. That street was
literally green and slick as ice! The Kilgore Rangerettes
(http://www.rangerette.com/) actually danced on that surface on which I had
trouble standing and marching! Not to mention they did splits on it! ONLY IN
TEXAS! ;-)

I find slippery surfaces more daunting than rough or uneven surfaces for
SCD.
