G'Day, Jonathon,

The instruction is correct. The tourbillon requires this movement twice
(bars 1&2 and 5&6). I think the important thing is (describing it for 1st
couple) for the 1st lady to dance into the set in bar 1 and out to original
place on bar 2, this gives 1st man room to travel round his partner to 2nd
place on the ladies' side. (All the while giving beautiful hands and looking
at each other!!). For bars 5&6, it is the man who has to dance into the set
on bar 5 and out on bar 6 to give 1st lady room to travel to 2nd place on
the men's side.
