  SCD in CHINA

  Hello,
  I am John Bell and I dance in Cairns, Australia. We have just had our
  Annual Ball at which I was asked by a Chinese couple if I knew about
  SCD in Beijing, or China. Unfortunately, I have no idea but I promised
  to try and find out for them. I would be most grateful if any
  Strathspeyer could advise me of how my Chinese friends could get in
  touch with a SCD organization in Beijing or China.
