Reels in Bishop of Columbus

Can anyone help with full instructions of Terry Glasspool's dance
"Bishop of Columbus"?  In the Minicrib bars 25-32 are described as
"Tandem RSh reels" but are they actually man behind woman throughout
or what RSCDS calls "tandem", i.e. the lead person changes at each end
of the reel?  It looks as though you can get Glasspool's dances online
but it requires signing up to AOL Lifestream, which looks quite
intrusive.
