> Oh, Ron! What an absolute delight this is! I love it! > > Terry Lynne Harris > Pretoria, South Africa > ------------------------------------------- > LONDON 1930 - 4 p.m. > or Everything Stops for Tea > Hi, I have been asked where to find the music 'Everything Stops for Tea'. I suppose there must be a website with the tune listed. For those who have never heard it, it is a bright sort of song in the Noel Coward mold from that sort of period but I couldn't quote a year. I believe it is just as viable a tune as many 'Strathspeys' we have to dance to. I can't even remember many of the lines but one that sticks is "With the bailiffs at the door When the clock strikes four Everything stops for tea"
