Here are various documents of interest to dancers. Note that some of the files are in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar software to display or print.

• A list of all RSCDS dances, in CSV format (use the spreadsheet software of your choice to work with this).
• A list of various SCD figures that don't occur in RSCDS-published dances (yet, anyway). In the style of the popular RSCDS manual. By Anselm Lingnau (written in youthful innocence many years ago).
• The Unwritten Rules of Scottish Country Dancing, by Mel Briscoe (link to Mel's site)
• Is Scottish Country Dancing Fun or Life-Threatening? (PDF file) by Mel Briscoe. This article compares SCD teaching to teaching scuba diving, and tries to apply lessons learned from how scuba instructors are taught to the teaching and practice of SCD. Well worth reading!
