Salt and vinegar?  Nah - come to Edinburgh and hae a proper fish supper
wi saut n sauce, hen.  (Salt and sauce - brown stuff which is probably a
mixture of brown sauce, vinegar, water and other things and comes out of
a squirty bottle like the bottles of glue and paint we had in primary
school).
