I also was having trouble contacting her in that the e-mail, and phone 
number were not working. On a visit to California last spring, I drove 
by the house and found new occupants there. Seemed strange since Ann 
and Peter had practically built the house themselves, long before the 
address had become trendy.

I checked with the Lubins, SGV-Branch, and they said that because of 
age and health problems that they had been moved to a residential home 
by their kids. As my stay in the U.S. was too short, was unable to 
follow up on it. Besides being Ann´s certificate teacher, I knew the 
family outside of RSCDS circles, as Peter had been an employee of my 
father´s.

Other strathepeyers who might know are McBride,  Otto, and Quin, since 
at one time or other, they were on the SGV-Branch committee togather..
