Thank you to Martina for a scan of both pages that were missing from my 
copy of the booklet.

Also, Alan, don't change anything in DanceData. The page 8 version of the 
dance says "The Laggan Falls", despite the Table of Contents saying "The 
Laggan Burn".

Anyone know how that change happened?
