I think I'd have to go with:

--Live, Imbrie & Taylor
--and "the will it ever be recorded?" (oh please oh please) by Alasdair 
Fraser and Muriel Johnstone. Yes, I know there isn't one, but if there ever 
is, it'll be my favorite, hands down.
