there is a second "Forget Me Knot"

Dear all,

as a follow up to me earlier "Forget Me Knot" postings:

There is a second dance, also called "Forget Me Knot" and also
3-couple-set Strathspey as the other one.

One can watch it at facebook:
(taken last March in Oxford with Lindsey Walsham and Ken Martlew playing
the music). Although the movie looks a bit chaotic, it's a really nice

This "Forget Me Knot" is devised by Tom Ibbotson... can anyone tell me
how I can reach him?

I have some more information about the "Forget Me Knot" by Brian
Youngman:. It will indeed be published in the book "Thistle XXX, We
Dance Therefore We Dine" which will be available soon, e.g., via TAC
books. The book sounds interesting. According to Elizabeth Lee from the
Thistle School "...there are 30 dances, all devised by Thistlers to
commemorate Thistle School's 30th session in 2010, and over 60 recipes,
plus, just for leavening, a number of haiku sprinkled throughout."
(If anyone wants the toc, tell me. It is certainly OK to forward it.)

Best wishes,

Heiko Schmidt
