Is there any agreement on whether corners turn each other two-handed when
'corners pass and turn' is danced in strathspey time ?

The new manual makes no distinction between the two and specifies right hand
- presumably, unless the deviser specifies otherwise. But a two-hand
strathspey turn does seem to be the preference in the DC area.

The figure as originally devised was Right hand, but I think many devisors
notate that as a two hand turn in Strathspey.

If the dance instructions were, Dance corners pass and turn, I would assume
RH, unless otherwise stated.
