I have been asked a question about a dance named "Quiddich" taught at the Hamilton Weekend. If you have a copy of the dance would you mind emailing me privately at stellafogg@comcast.net
Thanks in anticipation

Needless to say (but I will) - me too!
Alan
If it is like the game then it is flying with all balls in the air and quite
magical.

To all who have been to Hungary, and anyone else interested, Garbor Turi
sent me a message saying that the dance group in Hungary have a new
potential dancer who came into the world on the 11th of December - Her name
is Julia, she was 3160 gr and 55 cm at birth. Both Szilvia and the baby are
in good health but the father is a bit tired.
I hope you will join me in wishing them well. -

If this is going to lead on to whether kilts are worn military fashion,
then I think I'll pass...

` And me, please
Are you sure it was quiddich? i know Vicky Goodloe taught at Hamilton and I
know there is a dance she wrote which she has been teaching this year based
ontyhe quiddich game from Harry Potter, but the dance is Nimbus 2000 (harrys
broom stick) the dance evokes thoughts of the game.
I believe the dance is on the Scottish weekend website from this past
September, where it was taught. Go to SCOTTISHWEEKEND.org under dances taught
2004.
Hope this is the one.
Elaine
I believe Elaine is correct and I have now sent the instructions to the
questioner. She knew it was Harry Potter based and had remembered 72 bars
but didn't know what came next. After reading the dance instructions, I can
see why.
Thanks Elaine, mystery solved.
