INTERNATIONAL SCOTTISH COUNTRY DANCE SCHOOL

The International Scottish Country Dance School began in 1979, to coincide
with the First International Gathering of the Clans in Nova Scotia. For
over ten years, the I.S.C.D.S. combined a high calibre of teaching and a
happy, relaxed atmosphere conducive to the serious and social side of dancing.

With the recession of the early 1990's, it was thought prudent to postpone
this successful weeklong SCD summer school with its morning teaching
sessions and evening dances. But the memory lingers on and we have had
many inquiries as to when the I.S.C.D.S. would be held again.

We have been wondering if a short session from Wednesday evening to Sunday
brunch might be welcome in these times of restructuring and economic restraint.

We invite you to help us plan for an enjoyable 1997 Anniversary Summer
School by answering the seven questions on the following planning survey.

Please respond PRIVATELY by March 15, 1996 to the Coordinator,
Lydia Hedge: lhedge@fox.nstn.ca)

Or print out the Survey, copy and distribute it to anyone you think
might be interested. Snail mail replies can be sent to:-
