Old Spelding Castle's Ghost Dance

Can anyone tell me who the ghost is in this dance devised by Jim Rae. The
dance is for 3 couples in a 4 couple set. In a friends' crib after listing
the instructions for the dance underneath the instructions are given for the
ghost but fails to mention who the ghost is. Is it 4M and 1W depending on
the repetition or is it a 9th person?

My friend who is planning on teaching this dance would be very grateful if
it could be clarified.

Yes, 4M 1st time through, 1W (the woman standing out) 2nd time. -Steve
