I love, during our initial circle warm-up, to tell my class to be sure
to look around and smile at all the beautiful eyes and smiles, for this
is why we came to dance!!! And, then, magically, they do smile and
laugh beautifully, and the trials of the day are forgotten, as we slide
our spirits and bodies into the metaphorical musical shoes to be happy
kids again for the evening, and I, as a teacher, have been rewarded. :-)
