Inter-City Scot is coming

Message 122 · Ellie Briscoe · 3 Jan 1994 19:43:57 · Top

I am preparing to upload the January issue of the Inter-City
Scot, and the 1994 contact list. It will be in several chunks,
with a subject line to let you know which chunk is which.

Does anyone have a place they can put the file where it would be
available by anonymous ftp? Where it's not incredibly
complicated to put it there, get rid of it later, or download
it? I know someone volunteered to forward it to rec.folk.dancing,
but getting an archived mail item is not the same as ftp, is it?
(new to the Ways of the Internet...)

I am soliciting a new editor/circulation/production staff for the
Intercity Scot. Let me know if you are interested in taking over
all or part of the job.

I can put it up for anonymous download.

If no-one else volunteers (or, at least, no other US site with decent
Net connectivity), let me know and I'll make it available and publish
access info.

Do you have an estimate of the size of the contact list ?
Is it in a convenient format for people loading into databases, etc.?

Sorry, I'd like to but I just don't have time.
