The UK (and the rest of Europe) isn't anything like as well into
internet payment as the US. Perhaps it is because we are only allowed
to use crippled encryption techniques :-)
Andy "Intel" lambasted us recently because we don't use email anything
like as much as North America, but given that a dollar and a pound buy
about the same amount of computer, fewer of us work by computer.
And computers are much cheaper in the UK than some parts of Europe.
