Our group is considering setting aside funds in our budget for those times
when college students or Teacher Candidates could use some financial
assistance in attending weekend events or taking the Candidate Class. We
thought it would be useful to learn what other groups do. In particular, we
have three questions:

1) Do you have a separate account for such money, or do you simply have a
budget item for it in your regular account?

2) How do you raise money for the fund?

3) How do you determine eligibility?
