"The Baggy Knees" started as a spoonerism in our class many years ago.
It evolved into "The Baggy Knock Knees" and became that unfortunate
dance's permanent name in that class. . . .at least until it was dropped
from the branch programme.

Slightly off topic: a friend of mine once missed a pipe band practice
and called me to ask what we covered. I mentioned that, among other
things, we started on "Siege of Delhi", a nice old 2/4, and that it was
in his book. At the next practice he complained to me that he had gone
through every book he had and couldn't find "Seafood Deli" anywhere.
