We had many of the teachers at the local school where I teach dressed as
brides yesterday or wearing tiaras ( not me, my wedding dress is WAY too
small!!!). We also had a royal morning tea in the staff room, cucumber
sandwiches, royal bickies, royal pies etc. It was all good fun and the kids
loved it. They were all off home to watch the wedding on TV after school
yesterday. I can't wait to hear what they have to say on Tuesday ( Monday
is a public holiday here in Brisbane, Australia - no, nothing to do with
THE WEDDING - it's Labour Day).
It was a real historical occasion - and each to his own, I loved it all.
