IIRC, Anselm proposed such an event once before. I thought it was a
great idea then. It would be a great boost to those of us trying to
fit programming into already busy lives. It could facilitate everyone
being focused on the same challenge at the same time. Often what
happens is that one of us is energized on one aspect of a cooperative
development project while another is otherwise engaged in a busy
lifestyle, and then a few months later the roles are reversed.
How would one go about making this happen through the RSCDS? Or would
a branch sponsor it, such as the International branch?
