I don't have my copy of Book 39 to hand (I'm sitting in the Burger King in the
Dresden-Neustadt train station, waiting for my train to Frankfurt to be ready
-- wouldn't it be great to have scans of all the RSCDS books to carry around?)
but I seem to recall a conspicuous notice to the effect that The Duke and
Duchess of Edinburgh, The Robertson Rant and Prince Charles of Edinburgh were
»reprinted by permission of Rae, Mackintosh« or some such.
