On the question of artifical knees and dancing. I have 2 completely artifical knees with ligaments and tendons grafted from SMART materials and yes it is definatley possible to dance with them. It needs alot of patience and working out how you can adapt your steps but you can dance and enjoy it as much as before. Good Luck. Christina
