Unless it specifically states otherwise, I always have 2's step up on 3 and
4 for a down the middle and up into 2nd place, as in Wild Geese. When the
ones turn to come up they 'See' the space they are going to.
Because it's the last instruction, in the paragraph, I don't assume that to
mean, it occurs at the end of the phrase. I read that as, while the 1's are
doing their piece of the instructions, the 2's have to step up 'at some
point'. As long as it doesn't specifically state bars, I select the 2 bars that
make most sense and feel the most natural in the dance.
