re: I heard that there is now a dance of this name, and that Marian Anderson
has recorded a track for the music.
Does anyone have the instructions for the dance, or at least a source for
the published version?
Hamish

Hi Hamish

Marion recorded a CD titled St Bernard's Waltz some time ago (HRMCD102), and
there is a track on it titled Sandy's New Chanter.

Best wishes

And who danced with more than 300 other enthusiasts last night to Marion
Anderson and her splendid band, inside the magnificent ballroom of St
George's Hall (http://www.visitliverpool.com/site/product-p8033 ) in the
European City of Culture 2008 - Liverpool, while the dinosaurs and monsters
danced outside!

This website is worth persevering with, to see the views of the city, and
the hall.
