I attended James Gillespie's High School for Girls (Edinburgh) in the '60s.
In first year, my gym teacher was Alli Anderson. For the rest of my high
school career, my gym teacher was Mina Corson. Can you seriously doubt for a
second that we didn't do SCD in class at every opportunity? If you can, you
would be wrong!! And it didn't manage to put me off either - despite the fact
that I was just as rebellious and independent as most teenagers.
