Maybe it's the busy-ness of the season? I'm a little surprised some of the
local teachers on the list haven't chimed in but based on the fact that
every teacher I can think of here uses a variable-speed boombox, or its
digital (or human) equivalent, I'd say that people here would consider it
fairly important. -Steve
