I do in fact have stored in the back of my mind from somewhere, likely
decades ago, a general scenario that Mrs. Stewart enlisted Jean Milligan to assist
her in carrying out her idea.
In any case a happy collaboration, whatever its details may have been, as
here we are talking about it more than eight decades later.
