I tend to put the publication if the dance has been published, and the
dev...perpetrator if not. And I use DanceData to make sure I have the
dance name correct (though I seem to be in the minority - I'm amazed at
the number of programmes around here which include a gastric complaint
- "Wind on Loch Fyne").
I like to see a dance listed with its number of repeats as well, though
that doesn't seem to be a concern of many here. E.g.:
The Wind on Loch Fyne 3x32S Dunedin II
