Could this be the reason why we NEVER dance it to the original music in
Pretoria?!

producing what used to be called the 'Pecking Hen' step. This is most
evident in a crowded ballroom where there is not too much room to
dance a long step.
It just seems to happen and once one has seen the effect it is
difficult not to laugh. With our group the whole set used to do it
causing
much hilarity! But then we were an irreverent bunch.<
