Does anyone know of any pipers available for events in Doha, Qatar?
My sister is with Carnegie Mellon University in Doha and they're
looking for a piper for an imminent event (but realizing they may have
to resort to canned music). If you know of any pipers or anyone who
would know pipers in Doha, please email me privately ASAP!
