Robb - it sure is true.

In the Mainland the men are more manly, the women more comely and the air is more
er... purely.

And don't let those lilly livered, tree hugging, crystal waving, birth-of-a-dolphin
North Islanders tell you anything different.

But don't take my word for how great the South Island is, come to this years NZ
Branch Summer School (28/12/04 till 6/1/05) which just happens to be in Nelson, at
the top of the Mainland. (He said, desperatly trying to drag the subject back
on-topic)

And if anyone tells you I was born in Wellington (North Island), it's all a dirty
lie, I tell you - a dirty lie!
