Just thought I would let you know: If you subscribe to the Scots Magazine
you can pick up Collings book on Scottish Country Dancing and a CD with the
Lomond Ceilidh Band for free - this is the site to look at.

Also a Fife Butcher has opened up a factory in Chicago to make Haggis -
these are called Stahly Quality Foods - they are tinned, but they are still
in their skins, so they look and feel and smell like the reel thing - and
they are quite good - I have tasted them myself.
