»Zope Error« in archives

Thank you to everybody who called in the »Zope error« that came up with many
messages in the archives. This mistake was introduced when I fixed a
different problem to do with non-ASCII messages, and it should now have been
put to rest.

Do continue to point out archive problems to me -- there are now over 37000
messages in the archive, and obviously I can't check them all to see whether
they come out right ...
