Perhaps someone in authority can explain to me exactly why the membership
structure of the RSCDS does not affect dancing ?
It doesn't affect mine much but I believe I am in a fortunate minority,
living close to cities which have non-branch sources of RSCDS-style SCD.
Tragically, for many, the health of the SCD that they love is thirled to the
health of the RSCDS...
