Many of the RSCDS teachers are aware of the existence of the form provided
by the RSCDS examiners to candidates who fail the prelim or full exam. This
was started by the Examination Committee in the last year or two. However,
based on comments I've heard, people haven't seen the form. I have placed
the text of the form below for your information. It basically mirrors the
contents of the Syllabus from the RSCDS. The Theory aspect is printed under
the Practical Dancing heading, but I suspect this is a misprint.
