HQ Membership.

I offer the suggestion that the Society "persuades" HQ members to take out their membership via any Branch, it would not only save the Society administartion costs but generally speaking it would also cost less for individuals who would lose nothing and probably gain more - persons joining the Society via my Branch receive the Branch Newsletter three times a year and that gives them information about social functions in the area.
