Hi Anne,
I suppose, directly from the Leeds Branch. Strangely there is no
address printed in the book but I expect that you can get a contact
via the website at HQ.
I got mine from Lewis Innes SNDC/Kelpi with whom I have a standing
order for non-HQ publications.

Sometimes it takes a while to raise an answer as he can get
overwhelmed with his day job and life in general. It is not his
bread and butter, I understand, just a little jam on a good day. :)
