Neglected formations

...and don't forget the occasional delightfully challenging dance that
morphs from one formation into another--two of Sister Dorcas' dances (the
Johnya Wedding and the Mullen Compromise) go from longways to square, and
back.

Apologies in advance to Dave and Cathy Mullen/Mullin, whose names I ALWAYS
misspell. Their wedding dance is both quicktime and Strathspey, square and
longways, and there's half a Schiehallion reel in each half of the medley.
