Calm down Ron,
First, this request for 5 favourite strathspeys was no more than that. I don't
think that the original poster was really planning on doing it - any more than
anyone plans on being stranded on a desert island with just 10 favourite CDs.
As to 3-couple Tournee, well - you might be right, but again, this was just a
little mental exercise among friends (the people on this list). 3 couple Set and
Rotate? Well, as initiator of that thread, I suggest that you try my dance - and
then tell me if it is too much for you. Perhaps you might like to give Barry
Skelton's "Band of Gold" a go while you're at it.
Alan (who really enjoys dancing good strathspeys and could happily leave out all
jigs)
