Good grief. Not only are the album sleeve notes where I obtained my information
just inconsistent, they are blatantly contradictory to the evidence Etienne has
presented.

This is why I phrased my question as I did. It would make life SO much simpler
if these two people were one and the same. As it is, I don't know what I should
do!
